how do i beat adam the clown

is there any way how i can beat adam the clown i got a

pistol x2 , katana , coffee jug x2 , battle axe , shotgun

any way i can defeat him with these weps?

Yes. First you need to get far away from him and he should start blowing up a balloon.Either shoot him with your handgun and shoot the balloon when he drops it or wait until he finishes blowing it up and shoot it when it is near him. It will pop and Adam will start coughing.Shoot at him as much as you can and repeat this until he is defeated. Tip: Try not to melee him or else he'll block your attack and your melee weapon will break.You can still fight him whith skills though.
