Oh yeah, they definitely were harder. They also used that annoying whirlwind attack a lot more.

I saw a vid of someone using royal guard and blocked all their attacks on DMD and beat them without taking damage.

Wow, if only I had those skills.

Yeah there are some players that make all the boss fights on DMD look easy.

I know, it makes you wonder if they helped create it or something.

Yeah they they can do any fight without getting hit.

just to clear some things up the fight between dante and vergil isnt really that hard his moves are easy to dodge because of his repetitiveness and when he sheaths his sword to do a vorpal attack you can hit him with beowulf after jumping or using trickster to port up to him while he uses the first strike royal guard only takes practice if you can get it to max level on hard i can assure you you'll be good at it, on special edition when you play as vergil in story you fight vergil not dante if get close enough to him you can see that it's just vergil in a red coat, beowulf is greater than gilgamesh in the view of setting combos and comboing beowulf has a way better control set up and id have to say that beowulf with either vergil or dante is good you just have to know how to play the character and if you dont want to get hit by the whirlwind attack of A&R dont kill one off then kill the other get one half way health get the other half way then hit one down to about half an inch of health then kill off the other and attack the other right after and look you win with out trouble and the reason for using royal gaurd is because if used properly you wont get hurt and the enemy takes all the damage which make beating bosses a lot faster thats all for now ill check up on here again tomorrow

So in the special edition of DMC3 who do you prefer playing as Dante or Vergil?

vergil but who wouldnt say that i like both characters just vergil has more fancy combos then dante, dante is more of the guy i use to show my friends what dante should look like whens hes played and vergil is someone i tell them to use first to learn how to play(he is some what of an easier player to use)

Do you think they will bring Vergil back somehow in any more DMC games?

to tell you the truth i highly doubt it because vergil aka. nelo angelo died in DMC1 so bringing him back would raise too many questions but if he were a playable character with no background and just there for fun purposes that would be fun but he would need the same moves if not more other then that i cant see how he could get back into the story or game

You never know although Nero has Yamato now anyway , from that cutscene you can unlock by completing the challenge at the end of DMC4 it looks like Trish and Lady will be playable in DMC5 aswell as Dante.

i dont care so much for the ability of playing new characters as i care about the gameplay from 3 and being able to use vergil other then that i dont care too much for new playable characters like trish and lady

Well they will definately be there but might not be playable.

Well, at least he has people backing him up now.

Haha, I liked the last bit. Yeah, so it seems that they have an agreement going on, and trish is part of the business.

Yeah that's right I wonder who the customer is and what will happen.

I don't know, I thought I understood the timeline, but that makes me wonder.

What do you mean by that the timeline is DMC3, DMC1, DMC2 and DMC4. The next DMC will definately be a sequel to DMC4.
