Dante or Nero?

Dante is awesome.
Vergil is pretty cool.
Nero's cool to, compared to Vergil, he ain't to good, but Nero's better than most other characters.

Also Nero was human until he was in an accident that gave his left arm demonic qualities, this might be how he's related to Sparda, his power could be in Nero's DB.

yeah there is a theory he may be Dante and Vergil's brother.

Also, I really only like Dante's sword. His what's-it-called armor is decent, and and spike thing just doesn't apeal to me, his pistols also seem underpowered. I like his Pandora and Cyote-A, however.

Will Nero become a regular character in the series now? Or was this just a game about a new character who comes and goes?

The Rebellion is Dante's sword, I think the Gilgamesh is the armour your refering to and I agree with you about Lucifer I never really use that. His pistols can be fired at a faster rate and I think they are a lot better than Nero's. I don't think Nero will be in any more games in the series the next one definately won't have him.

The charge shot on Dante's pistols just never seem to work too well. Nero's charge shot blows them off their feet, and on charge shot 3, creates a secondary explosion for massive damage.

Yeah but the charge shot for Dante's just increases the power of them show it's like your firing them while in DT mode.

Yeah he does and they are a lot faster than Nero's gun and Dante also has a shotgun.

Nero's gun is more powerful than Dante's pistols, and Dante's pistols only fire faster when using the gunslinger B attack, and then, you can't continuously follow the target with your shots. Nero has the better pistol, and his pistol, in a way, is superior to Dante's shotgun too. Mainly because Nero can hit enemies from long range with his gun, and Dant's sawn-off only works at point blank range.

Dante's guns fire faster no matter what, you wouldn't normally use Dante's shotgun at long range.

No, shotguns completely fail at long ranged attacks.

Yeah it's very useful against some enemies at close range. It's also used for special attacks.

I like Dante
I use the gunslinger alot. The only time I use the shotgun is when they jump at me. Fire it while they arein the air andthey fly back. And atfirst I thought they were related. But idk i'm only on the second Dante mission... yeah thats rightI suck at this game

Gunslinger is good especially when it's mastered.

Gun Slinger is good, but you can't use it to it's pwning potential unless you have Pandora. I think that's your problem. You don't get Pandora until the 4th level or so with Dante. I personally slip back and forth between Gunslinger and Sword Master, depending on the distance I'm fighting at, and the enemy.

And I just unlocked Bloody Palace, so I'm really staring to favor Dante Now... but I still find myself tapping B for Devil Bringer while using him.

I don't really use Pandora or Gunslinger.

Dante is by far the best to do bloody palace with, I've tried it with both Nero and Dante and I've only beaten it with Dante.

Really? Pandora is sweet. One of his attacks can knock the Savior right off its feet with two attacks. It's actually one of the most powerful weapons in the game too.

And earlier, someone said Dante's pistols are faster than Nero's pistol? Well, they may seem to fire faster, but it's actualy the same rate, since Nero's pistol is double barrled.

I only use it sometimes.

Yeah but that also means they pretty much do the same damage.

The Pandora is pretty sweet.

How could they?

They both hit around the same amount of times and there is not much of a difference between the damage they do unless you use Dante's pistols in Gunslinger style then do they a lot more damage.
