Dante or Nero?

No the same but in gunslinger you can rapidly fire Dante's pistols.

Yeah, I know that. I love the Gun rain move in DMC 3.

You have that in DMC4 aswell.

I doubt they would take it out, it is one of his signature moves.

No they added a lot of moves from DMC3 such as Vergil's main combo with Yamato.

Did they now. Gave it all to Nero, or both Dante, and Nero?

Dante is the only character who has that move, Nero doesn't actually use Yamato even in his DT mode. When Nero goes into DT mode a something appears above him and it's the thing that appeaes above him that use Yamato while Nero uses his own sword the Red Queen. The only 2 moves where Nero himself actually uses Yamato are the 2 special moves he has while he is in his DT.

Oh, so something uses Yamato for him? Weird.

Yeah that's right, he should be using it himself.

Maybe he can't. Except for those two attacks.

That's the way the developers should have done it, he uses Yamato himself after he gets it in most of the cutscenes.

Yeah, having something else use a sword of yours' is uncool.

Yeah exactly especially since it's Yamato they could have given Nero and Dante a lot more moves with it.

just to clear some things out with dante and nero the pistols are exactly the same like someone said earlier they do the same damage, fire rate is also the same lucifer in my opinion is a great weapon for comboing on its just like using nevan, pandora isnt that great of a weapon i would have preferred artimus, nero has no relation to dante and vergil the reason he got the arm was by a deal he made with demons that he would become part demon to protect her that is how he got the devil bringer which is why instead of having a devil trigger like dante and vergil he has a spirit and since the yamato is filled with demonic power the devil bringer is able to wield it not nero himself, vergil did use rebellion in DMC3 story mode, play special edition, i say niether is better they both have their advantages and disadvantages and of course dante has more "abilities" than Nero he has been in the series since 1 so id expect him to be almost the same as DMC 3 but i think he was toned down so honestly they are the same its all opinion on what character you play more

I honestly think Nero should have had more weapons though, at least a better gun or two.
I remember back in DMC1, Dante had about 5 or so swords and something like 5 to 8 guns, each sword gave him a different DT to.

Yeah I agree with that, they both should have had a lot more weapons and a lot more moves with each of them.

like i said before nero's devil bringer is capable of holding the yamato watch the cutscenes again and youll notice he doesnt use it with the other hand, and the reason for not as many weapons and moves is because the game is "user friendly" to play that is why the creators said that this game will get you to want play the games before and they made it playable for people who have never played the devil may cry series so that is the meaning of lack of weapons(devil arms/guns)and lack of moves and each style gives him a different DT in this game

That's what I noticed to.
There was no special introduction to Dante's DT, and although it looks cool, he only has the one.
