Your First question is one I don't know how to answer. I have the Miracle DE, but I don't remember where I got it. As for your second question, you need to match to get it. You to match a Lv.75+ Dark Digimon with another Dark Digimon Lv.75+. If you have Wi-fi, I could help you, since I have a Dianamon, Armeggedemon, and a ChaosGallantmon, all Lv.85+.

I was looking on another website, and found out you CAN DNA digivolve Devimon and Angemon to get it. One needs to be Lv.40+, has a Species EXP of 12000, and has an Aptitude of 50+.

You can't get wifi unless you have a wifi connector. Besides, if you could, it may be different for me than it is for you.
