I didn't, to be absoloutely honest. I knew it was a tech demo, 'cause when I saw it on Youtube, it said, "Final Fantasy VII Tech Demo". I didn't get hyped up, I just got really disapointed.
So what, they programmed an entire, beautiful video by accident?
Anyway, I do think we will see more of this, and Weis. In the secret ending, G comes along and says that they still have more work to do.

No, they didn't make it by accident. They made the demo to show off the power of the PS3,and they used FFVII because it's a well known game.
Anyway, as you have said, Genesis comes along and syas they still have work to do. But then again, that could've been in Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII-The lost Episode.
Actually, it's Gackt that comes along, but if you look in the game, it says Genesis created started the entire Jenova project and was called G. Then... in the credits, it says at one point that G is Gackt.

Are you sure? I thought Gackt were the people who did Redemption (Dirge of Cerberus' Theme Song). Gackt plays Genesis in the end. G doesn't stand for Gackt, it stands for Genesis..
