Here's a better example.
Let's say you can max all the stats.Whats the difference between i have a lvl99 Goku challenging a player with another lvl99 Goku?(Since both of us have a same stats)
If you cant max out every stats.When both of us have a lvl99 Goku,my goku might have a weak point and the same thing goes with my opponent.And you can see the difference and which "Build" is better.
Right guys? ^^

It would depend on what skills you have set in your tray....Example: ALL atack moves Vs. Attack, Item, and Equipment

People I will experment with my Broly a bit to see happens and if I find out how to complete everything with LV.20 I will say it on here OKEY.

DBZ warrior you have a point,but with some additional stats difference the result would be much mroe different.

ok, i tried for like 6 hours to level up my uub, it just doesnt work, they cant go any higher than 99
