How to you enter character passwords in the game can't find where ya suspose to do that

you enter them in Dragion Arena in the password section.
The stronger I become the harder it is to controle myself but never the less I will defeat you kakerot.

When you're in the Dragon Arena: When it comes time for you to choose an opponent, press R1 or L1. When the Pasword Opponent" screen comes up (it should be blank if you never entered/saved one before), press start. Now you'll be able to enter a password.

i have went through DU with goku 6 times, how do i get to kid buu to unlock Uub?

play through the sagas. If you played through w/Goku 6 times then you should know that you have to fight uub in the supreme kai's planet. KILL and WIN the power struggle, not just hit, but KILL kid buu with super spirit bomb, to do super spirit bomb, you need to have these skills: kaioken, super saiyan, super saiyan 2, spirit bomb, and if you still have room for another one then put what u want. While you are in your regular form (after weakening kid buu so you kill him with one super spirit bomb) use the spirit bomb technique. it will say super spirit bomb and when goku is going to throw the spirit bomb he will turn super saiyan 2 i think, might just be one, win the power struggle. After that just go to the world tournament and kill uub.
P.S. if you haven't gotten ss4 goku yet, b4 going to the tourn. go to the South Eastern islands and you will get him.

i have got super saiyan 4 gogeta. i'm just not sure how to get to kid buu i have unlocked everyone up to omega shenron with goku but missed kid buu somehow. can i still get to kid buu and how or have i not gotten there yet?

All you need to do, to get Kid Buu (NO rhyming intended): Defeat Kid Buu in Goku's Dragon Universe. The Easiest possible way: go from red dot, to red dot. Doing this will NOT trigger any "Special" events/scenes, and you won't get the Dragonballs, but you WILL get Kid Buu (provided that you are in Goku's ragon Universe AND that you Defeat Kid Buu). Thanks for the help. I unlocked Omega Shenron on my own, but for UUb your help worked. I am able to purchase all capsules. I have already unlocked all characters except cell jr. How do you get Cell Jr.?

I had the same problem,....but it takes patience. EVENTUALLY, it will "pop-up" in the shop.
Cell Jr.
In Dragon Arena, use a Level 20-40 Character and battle opponents (in my experience) AT LEAST DOUBLE your own level. When you level up, select an opponent DOUBLE of your new level. EVENTUALLY, Piccolo will "Suddenly Break In". Defeat him, and Cell Jr. will become unlocked.
Example:
Start: Level 20 Gohan Vs. Level 40 Anyone
Level up: Level 22 Gohan Vs. 44 Anyone
