ok, all of my characters have passed level 20. even my cell jr. but nappa never broke in. i dont know what happened. i asked the supervisors for help and they never replied. could someone please help me?

I got mine using lvl 99 Goten,for that matter,he got both Cell Jr and Saibamen

Is it just me that has noticed this,or does Cell Jr. have a stronger Kamehameha wave than everyone else?It can do 500 with one set on,and 700 with 2 on
