Hey. I am having trouble unlocking saibamen. all of my characters are at level 20 and up but i didnt unlock him. anyone know what i did wrong? i used we gotta power 100%, does that affect it?

It doesn't matter what lvl he is at use a lvl 10-20 character and keep fighting people until Nappa shows up. Simple!
The great Gotenks has now reached Super Sayian 5...Humph...I Guess my attitude changed too...Oh well.

mine might be a lil bit more helpfull - get saibamen by using a lvl 10-20 and fight lvl 32 videl
