You can do it one of two ways....
1. Buy it in the shop.
or
2. It's just like getting "Metal" Cooler, only fighting Frieza instead. Check the area near/surrounding Frieza's ship for the capsule: "Frieza's Space Ship".

I would check the ship before and after EVERY battle. I'm just not 100% sure of when it pops up.
