Starting Another Dragonball Z:Budokai 3 tournament!!!

I'm starting another tourny simmler to the one that Broly started it will be held on the 24th of Aprill which should be next saturday (i couldn't be a$$ed to look on my caleneder) you must do set out your post like this:(example)

skills:Breakthrough(healing items such as a senzu bean are allowed)

Ki:7
Attack:15
Guard:3
Arts:15
Ability:2
Com:20

You may only enter 1 character, so make sure he(or she in Videls case)is a good player.
We will need 10 players for the competion.
You will have 6 days preporation since it will be held next Saturday.
If you are unsure of the rules look on page 4 or 5 for Broly's rules as we are doing it the same way.

Please note:This is for fun there will be no prize(How the hell would u get it half way across England? Or over seas for American competers?)

I forgot too say but along with senzu beans you are allowed power ups such as items that increase attack and defense.

Rules & regulations changed!!!

Instead of the rules from Broly's torny we are have the rules the same as the Big Bang Tournament (page 4 started by Invisible) u can have planty of players one for each level bracket.

You can have one character for each bracket is you wish. However,if you want to enter Vegeta level 90-99 but someone else has already entered a level 90-99 Vegeta you cannot enter him since he is already in the tournament. You can choose any charater you wish. Although we will still need at least 10 competetors. If we dont have at least 10 competetors the tornament will be postponed for another week. Sorry about the mistake.
