!Go to the City in the middle of the Map,then activate Ki search (R1),and you SHOULD see a Ki gathering.(keep turning the camera around if it's not there,or go close to the mountains you fight Vegeta in)labled Mountains.Go there.Kibito-Shin should tell you of a more EVIL energy than Majiun Buu,which is Broly.Go to Vegeta to fuse after your chat,then fight Buuhan(Gohan after being abosrbed by Buu),and then fight Buu in his stomach.After that,Vegeta will tell you to investigate this new,more EVIL energy while he deals with Kid Buu.Go to the Red Marker,and you should find Broly!Beat him,and you unlock the Legendary Super Saiyan!

Hey ssute if your stuck finding Kitobishin in the "Mountains" area there is no mountains there where the lake is bang in the center of the map it's a bit south of that mabey that will clear things up.
