Right crab the instuctions book for Budokai 3 and go to page 24,look about 2 thirds of the way down and you will see it says:

And if you look some more it also mentions Guldo,Cui and Dodoria
are these guys secret i also heard that if you beat the world tournement on advance 25 times in a row that you will get all the other 7 shenrons...
