How do you get hercule.And Videl.

Videl: before you fight Goten go to the islands near the Kame house and fly towards the World Tournment area and you should the words plans up above,watch the scene to get videl.

Hercule/Mr.Satan- Help him out in Piccolo DU mode (Majin Saga) at the desert and talk to videl at central city (must be 2nd time or more)

Both are correct...except for getting Hercule.I got him on the first time through.

Hercule/Mr. saten

During piccolo's dragon universe mode, search the desert south of kamis lookout near baba's palace after the event at centrel city, but before fighting buu. once you find hercule you'll need to fly to centrel city and talk to videl, which will unlock hercule
