as you can tell i don't have cell jr. or saibamen.i have 80% capsules and i need some serious help. I heard you can get bulma using this disk with cheats on it

Cell jr.

have a level 36 character in da then find level 66 majin buu challenge him the choose a stage then piccolo will break-in beat him to get cell jr.

Saibamen:

have a leve 13-20 character in da then keep fighting level 32 videl then choose a stage then at one point nappa will break-in beat him to get saibamen!
