If used right Vegeta unbeatable. Here's what you do to never lose with him:
Step 1: Remove all skills
Step 2: Give him the Majin Vegeta skill
Step 3: Put on a Senzu Bean
Step 4: Give him his namek outfit (It dosen't help, but he looks cool in it.)
Step 5: Fight as you normally would, but try to get the crap kicked out of you
Step 6: Get beaten down to Orange health
Step 7: When your opponent goes for the kill(Hyper mode) wait for it to run out
Step 8: Go hyper and use Final Explosion
Step 9: Laugh at how badly you killed whoever you killed!

No, we just have a simalir one. Mine for Goku is really good too.
Step 1: Put on Breakthrough
Step 2: Go SS4
Step 3: Wait for enemy's Hypermode to run out
Step 4: Hit 'em with Super Dragon Fist for a 1 hit KO!(Did that against Freiza in Z3 mode)

The unbeatable character is obviously ssj4 goku and ssj4 vegeta fused together if your good enough to fuse him at the begining of the match
