my faves would have to be level 3 tag team because its easy to level up characters. i also like unlimited level 3 where you fight ss4 gogeta and then hercule, your guy could level up so easily.

I think you get it from Shenron or Porunga, can't remember which.

They both give it to you, but its more likely with Shenron. You should try going for Kiss of 18, though, if you can master dragon homing.

I think they mean get it by summoning Shenron with the dragonballs.
