I got a desert costume but I can't find it and I don't know what it does so could someone help.

All it does is that in one of the modes, i forget which one where Bulma is there to help u through it, actually i think it might be the one where u can create a character if u press one of the shoulder buttons she changes costume.

Its another pretty pointless thing that they added.

No. Go to the Data Center and press Circle on the main menu. Bulma's changes her costume. SC is right. It's another completely pointless thing they've added.
