I'm not too sure, I think its ok so long as you don't claim its ur own work and don't use it for commercial purposes, but don't quote me on that, lol.
I quite like Turles, he's not too bad fighting-wise and I think he's got some pretty cool moves.

My 2 fav characters would have to be ss4 Gogeta and Majin vegeta. Gogeta has attacks that do alot of damage if you have is energy at a high level. Majin vegeta is just awesome.
