ok, in ultimate battle mode, when other people play it they get there characters current levels
but for some reason when i play it, they are all lvl 008
despite them being lvl 98+
so how do i get them to fight as their usual levels?
do i click on the character then click on custom or what?
ALSO
how do i be able to buy Z items +15?
i have got 100% in story mode and have all characters, but i can't but Z items +15, only +10...

I think your right, just click on custom and it should do it.
