Two are the best, and fusions shouldn't count.
1. Baby Vegeta, Reason: Do you know how much damege that Revenge Death Ball does when you got attack and super finishing move at MAX?!.
2. Super 17 cause he can absorb energy and use it as his own, plus that heli storm can be used alot, lol.

I don't really like any of the fusion characters except when you're talkin bout hand to hand combat their killers when it comes to that.
But my best characters are Kid goku and Janemba cuz their both unpredicable and that makes them hard 2 fight against.
Baby vegeta does have a killer SF move but the chance it really hits a skilled player is rather smal cuz it's easy to outrun.
And Super 17 would be in my top 3 If he wasn't an android.

I think Janemba may be the best. Have you seen how insanely fast he is? I faced him on the highest difficulty setting and he schooled me. And I am like an expert at this game. He just kept knocking me down and wouldn't let me back up. Or he would keep doin that guard break combo. That guy is made of tough stuff......
I'm a big DBZ fan. Some of my favorite characters are Vegeta, Cell, Janemba and definately Trunks. I am a moderator for the Budokai Tenkaichi forums.

Yepz those are my favourite players, The only drawback that Janemba has is that when he is knocked down he doesn't get up as fast as I would like him to ( well nobody really does but you get my point)
and Kid Goku's drawback is power but they are still my Favourite (and Best) Players

I kick butt hardcore with SS Trunks w/ Sword and I;ve always been really good with any Goku. I personally like Vegeta (all Vegetas)becasue of his attitude.

i think cooler is the best when you raise his speed cause then you can't touch him but i like jenemba and baby and cell
