Dynasty Warriors 6

Alright, an update.

The full set of characters has been announced, and their artworks have been released. There's a lot of change. For a start, there's no new characters. What's more, 7 have been removed:

Jiang Wei
Xing Cai

--Wei--

Pang De

--Wu--

Da Qiao

--Other--

Meng Huo
Zhu Rong
Zuo Ci

From this, I think we can infer that the game focuses more on the earlier Three Kingdoms period than the period after the later period (ie. after the deaths of all the original 3 rulers).

A lot of the remaining characters have been redesigned. Either they have new character models, or new weapons; or, in many cases, both. Even mainstays like Xiahou Dun and Lu Bu have been redesigned. (Xiahou Dun's scimatar is gone; NOOO). There also seem to be a lot of bow characters; at least among the female members of the list. Well, anyway, see for yourself:
