I personally believe that she wasn't a real person,Just a fake warrior in the Romance of The 3 Kingdoms. It's true Zhang Fei had a daughter, And i believe that her biological daughter( i think thats the word...) had a relationship with both Liu Chan And Guan Ping. But Was Xing Cai a real person?

Xing Cai as Dynasty Warriors 5 portrays her didn't exist, no. There was, however, a woman called Lady Zhang who was the daughter of Zhang Fei and married to Liu Chan. Actually, there were two. The elder died, then Liu Chan married the other. As with many women of this period, we don't know either of their given names.

I see,But why make up a historically fake character(Most of the characters exist).Did the REAL daughters have any relationship with Guan Ping?

Also,I remember my parents talking about this once,But Apprently if your family name is "Liu,Guan,Zhang" You cannot marry any one with "Liu,Guan,Zhang." as they was meant to be brothers,So in the 3 kingdoms Era this rules may have existed, However,It may have been false,Along side the other false facts from the romance of the 3 kingdoms

I don't think so. And making up a historically fake character is hardly a big step for Koei. They've done all but that before with other characters (Sun Shang Xiang, anyone?). And I'm pretty sure that's false; or, at least, it doesn't date back to the Three Kingdoms.

Yes, but her image as the warrior princess of the Sun family is entirely fictional. What I was saying is, from that, creating a character isn't a very big step.

Yeah, although I never really got the point of that. I mean, people seem to want games to be realistic, but when it comes to historical games like this, you can't be both realistic and not sexist, seeing as the times they portray were almost always extremely sexist by modern standards.
