Where do you tend to scout for players the most?
South America seems to be a good area, you get all the Brazilian whizkids and I've noticed they're generally cheaper. The cheapest is the Korean players, but they don't seem to be as good. England is also a good place.
So where do you scout? What's the highest skill you've managed to get, found any hidden gems? etc etc..

Like you said South America is the best area, Brazil specially. I like England too but I keep more attention to portugueses, i found one really good. Sometimes Italia also has some good players.
About Korean, i have no idea, never paid attention.

Its quite hard to find any players with a skill rating of over 75. But I got a 16 year old Brazilian who was rated 74, and grows to around 94 after 4 seasons.
