EA Sports has confirmed the release dates for the next installment of it?s hit FIFA franchise, FIFA 16.
The game?s loyal fan base can expect to get a copy in North America on September 22, 2015 and in Europe, except the UK, on September 24. The UK will see the game available in stores on September 25.
Since the start of May there have been numerous rumors claiming that FIFA 16 will be dropping some time in September. Some outlets claimed a December release date.
Our EA Sport inside source told Full FIFA that these release dates are already set and will be confirmed at the upcoming E3 conference next month.
FIFA 15 was among top selling video games on its release last year with over 15 million copies sold worldwide. The FIFA franchise is the top selling sports video in the world and is EA?s most profitable franchise.
