Code for making Lake Dohr available?

It just happens that the only thing I missed in the entire game was the one Black Musk in Lake Dohr, which is only available once, before you kill Leviathan.

So is there any way to make Lake Dohr available again via AR?

Thinking about it, if you found out how to do this, instead of posting a code, could you, hypothetical helpful user, tell me how was it that you found the values?

I ask that because I'm playing the Android version of this game and I realized the lines are most likely not gonna be the same
