its been a while since i beat the game and im in memoria, i beat the fire snake thing like nothing but im gettin killed at the wind guardian, he uses "jetflare" and all my dudes turn red and 3 seconds later they die! how can i protect my team from that?

Thats a Heat status effect. If you try to use any action when they're burnt, they instantly get KO'd. It'll ware off after a while. You can prevent this by equipping the Body Temp ability
