I think that you have to start over and dont save to much like in pokemon I saved way to much it destroyed my data on the file or just keep doing waht ever you want.

Has your game had contact with liquid? My friend dropped
Megaman Zero 2 in the toilet and every time you turn it on, there's a randomly made file.

I've been starting over all the time.
Maybe it's because of the gameshark I used. But now I play on my friend's FFAT but it's the same error. Even when I restart I can't save at all.
I tried it on the computer with an emulator too but still the same error. Why me! Doh

Never had that happen. In the GBA version, if you save, the in-game battery will die, causing you to lose your memory.

Where exactly were u trying to save? I mean like before or after the battle with li-grim. If it's before then you arnt doing anything wrong. Your just not alloud to save on ambervale (the normal way at least).
Are you satisfied? Or do I have to beat the c*** outta you too?

If you do not save at ambervale it does not allow you to do the mission in ambervale, causing the game to be unbeatable. I am currently looking for a way to get around it, but so far the only solution involves having to completely restart with a new save....
