Due to this being a separate game from FFXIII I think it deserves it's own thread and eventually it's own forum. Here's all I know so far:
Characters:
Noctis- The protagonist of Versus XIII. A prince protecting one of the last remaining crystals. Noctis is able to summon weapons at will aswell as other abilties.
Stella- Not much is known about Stella except that she appears to have similar powers to Noctis.
Unknown- Appears to be a friend of Noctis.
Unknown- Also appears to be a friend of Noctis
White Robed Man- One of the antogonists.
Story:
This is all that's known so far:
Noctis is the prince of a country and is protecting the last remaining crytal. This crytal gives him his powers allowing him to summon weapons at will aswell as other abilites and he uses those powers to protect his country. Every country had one of these crytals but lost theirs over time. A treaty was signed to keep peace between each country however a certain group are breaking that treaty and trying to gain control of the last crytal for themselves.
Also here is the most recent trailer.
Release date is still unknown.

Yeah that's what it looks like. Hopefully they'll release more info about the story soon.

I looks really none FF in the way that the world just looks like our world and not like normal FF worlds

^ In a way, but we still see the main elements of the series.
I'm really looking forward for this game. Amazing gameplay and graphics, plus, awesome main character. As for the story, it's a Final Fantasy, so I don't think I'll be let down.

Yeah Noctis might just be one of the best main characters in the FF series. I'm sure the story will be great.
