it is set 3 years after the events of FF VII (one year after AC) and its still set on the same planet, so you'll go to places like Midgar and Nibelheim.

You guys are off topic again lol. But as the others have said, FF games are good but it depends on the player it might not be your style or it might be just right. but whatever dude, just get FFX since it's more easily accesed than FFVII.

FFX is probably your best bet, yeah. The only slight problem is that is uses CTB, whereas most of the others use ATB. So it could give you a slightly false idea of the gameplay. But apart fromt that, it's a classic example of the FF series.

DoC sucks in my opinion.... FF7 is way better(the original, NOT DoC!!!). Even though the graphic sucks..... but the story... I've could never had figured it out myself!
