I really think that If it would last even for a good 30seconds it would be a Very cool...And I would have no problem beating Yiazmat...

It would definately help but then most battles would be no problem it's better for them to be a challenge.

Oh well...Challenge is the Best way to Know your true potential...And with No challenge,I would've never Played Final Fantasy again...The Thrill on playing begun in FF8 for me...

YEah once I did, until he beat me by his constant casting of stone breath and cyclone in a pattern...Then It was so much of a battle...At the wrong moment Vaan and Balthier was casted with stop by cyclone and White breath and at the same time, then I have no time to heal it so I sent out Bach and Penelo but got hit by another Cyclone and White breath and that time Stopped Bach and Penelo...Then I sent out Fran to distract him for a while so I could cast Esunaga on my Reserves but then he casted death strike on Ashe even in close range!!!That was when it was only 15 bars away...after that, I Fran got killed and everyone on my reserve is stopped so I just Quit...
Why did he cast Cyclones that constant???I thought he couldn't do anything like that???And I made a mistake by not having protective buffs on my Reserves...

He gets more aggressive when he is low on HP, you should equip all your characters with power armlets at that point to protect against stop you can get them in Balfonheim and also equip at least one with the fuzzy miter to protect against petrify you can get them in Old Archades. You will have the chance to heal if he uses those attacks then.

Yeah I know about it...I just have to cast Shellga to lessen the effect too...But it would be better if I could silence him which does not work
and I always try to use wither and expose if it would do any good(waiting for a glitch) and I do so use Flare once in a while just to delay his spells...

Yeah they were close enough I was thinking about fighting him but I decided to beat the game instead.

The Hell Wyrm is hard to beat aswell, it's nothing compared to Yiazmat but still it's a good accomplishment to beat it.

When I was doing the waterfall puzzle I decided to do the puzzle for the asthetics door I was only lvl 60 but I decided to fight him to see how hard he was I never fought him again though.

What??? I fought him 65 when you told me the solution to the Puzzle...I had Reddas with me and I used my original strategies...It took me 1 and a Half Hour to beat him the first time but I was Unlucky to not save it...I fought him the 2nd time and it took me 30mins to pound him to dust...I bought the spells Faith and Bravery...I learend to use wither and expose in this fight...
