Herse can also be found on "Morgue Party" mission with Donald Love. Get the herse and fail the mission then bring it into Love Media car garage. Done :D

Thats the only two places you can find it in the game. Either at Stauton Hospital back car park or from failing a mission involving a herse

Go to the Love Media building and have a look. Its on Staunton Island west of Donald Love missions. Its a kind of alley which you go down with a huge metal garage door. Go to the right of the door is a list. It will tell you there, if this doesnt help then when you hijack a car it says "Love Media needs one of those" or something. Just take the car to that garage.
