It's actually set before gta 3. LCS is set in 1999, while Gta 3 is set in 2001. Storyline is that you have been laying low after killing off a "made man". Salvatore gives you jobs, you get more contacts missions ect.

I think LCS is better on the PS2 version, I just cant get used to the PSP....
