just wondering,how the heck do you get to the package on the second floor at the construction site?

man its easy, u probably never played a gta game b4 have u? lol
ok this is what u do
go a block doun the road and ull c a stais case that leads to da monerail go along the tracks till u r about 4ft from corner of that bulding and jump on to it (run then jump is how) ull c some stairs that go up what u want to do is keep going in the direction of da package the ull find a small gap in the wall and u should be able to c a package (with analog stick look down) the just walk off it will take like 17 health off but when u land u should land right on the money lol
