Bored about completing everything in the game... DO THIS!!!!!!!!!

Get a super car, i got a banshee and just get wasted or busted as much as you can, either that or go on a crazy rampage with a rank and destroy everything. The best thing i would do though is find all the unique jump spots again and be Evil Kaneval

In that case, get a Mafia Sentinal, go to the 1st Island and go out of Sals drive, down the lane in front of you then turn around and bomb it up that road being careful you dont hit anything then throw yourself and the car over the cliff. Quickly press triangle and you and the car should stop and you can get out of the car while its stuck in the cliff face.
