There's a parking lot in the first island , where You could run on the side. I can't remember what part it's in , but you end up falling. Beside's that , i don't know any other glitch's lol .

Well, there's this one glitch where you use the jetpack and you get stuck against this bridge and you can't do anything. Not really helpful, though.

At the hotel safe house on the old LV strip, if you walk around to the side of the building you will see a lot of doors. Jump up on them and you can walk in, you can do car spawn cheats in here. It can be a pain trying to get out of this building.
