i just did G-SPOTLIGHT and there are no blips on the map what do i do?

like i got a phone call but there are no mission blips but i got it now i just beat keep your friends close...

try saveing your game then exiting if that doesnt workturn of your comeputer (turn it of not just restart it) if that doesnt work i suggest you Start a new game see if it does it in that game. At allcost reinstall vice city. if it still does not work then im i guess your game is forever messed up. hope i could be some help.
