Ok i am trying the first mission in Dodge where they are trying to burn the place down. I am having a little bit of trouble (i know sad meh?) but i get outside where u gotta kill the guys and thats where I always loose. any suggestions?

Do you even drink your Whiskey? Try the up arrow on the D-Pad and go for head shots. And don't you mean Empire?
