True, But Master Chief would try to take her off the covenant home world, the interesting part is that Master Chief doesn't know that Cortana has turned evil.(Its on the sequel after the credits)

the reason y they wud need 2 get cortana is because if the covenant did find her. they wud no everything bout earth, marine weapons and so forth.

Another thing for the flood in halo 3 is bungie should have the infection forms turn your allies and enimies into flood right in front of you instead of them just dying.
