On Outskirts, walk through the doorway and jum on the light that is right in front of you and turn to you left, there is a lege, crouch jump on to it and turn to your left again. There should be a little path. Walk through it and the skull should be there. If you grab it, you can't see your HUD.

On The Arbitor in ledgendary, when you get to the hangar bay get in a banshee and fly straight down and look under something near the bottom and you will find some grunts dancing in a circle kill them all and they don't even notice you. then grab the skull and from now on when you kill an enemy ending in a head shot they just randomly explode!

Ok if you want sputnik then read the following
On QZ level look behind you and go through the tunnel.Then keep going straight until you see a broken ledge(next to the cross way when your on the level sacrad icon)then keep going until you see a skull floating.Hold X to pick it up and it will say sputnik.It makes explosions bigger which means gernade jumps will be usefull.

sorry for being of topic but kyogre is the best legendary in sapphire/ruby. way better than groundon. groudons just got fissure and fire blast. where as kyogre has ice beam, hydro pump, water spout and sheer cold.

I got aim The adresss is Soren4242. Also I managed to get the mythic skull but I can't find what it does. A have tried every weapon , vehicle, and ablity. So try it. How you get it is you go to sacred icon you continue until you get to one of the hallways that you started on ther is a big pile of boxes, get on top of it before they knock it over (I suggest cloak. Then there should be a gap in the wall with smoke coming down. There should be a skull in there

After your shield has been tested johnson will come and walk in to the elevator.
Wait outside of the elevator until he says "would it help if I said please" then run in to him.
In the next sideways elevator stand close to the door that you didn't enter hold x and near the end of the trip you will get it.
