On the first level after you complete "training" go into the elavator and when you get out to go in the subway look to your right and you will see a trash can , jump on top and keep jumping till the trash can is moved slightly. look on the side and you will see his cigar with smoke rising
there are other cigars in the game and so you can pick up and hit people with it
