i highly doubt it considering that micrsoft made xbox and halo2.that would meen Playstation would have to pay probaly a million or two just to be able to change everything form xbox to ps2.(or you could get the game boot legged for ps2)lol

Yea idk if it will be but i really dont care much cuz in my opinion Sony with their playstation have pretty much copied a lot of xbox ideas...live ps3 is gonna be online...just like xbox....all the games that xbox has....they have made for PS2....plus i like microsoft better just because thats what runs on most computers like mine!

i doubt that, i dont even think that halo 3 will be PS3 type. bungie basically works for microsoft

LOL, no offence but what you just said is stupid, and shows you dont know what your are talking about.

First of all, Ps2 actually had online first, it was online capable as soon as it was released, which was a year or two BEFORE the Xbox.

Second, of course all the games on Xbox are on Ps2, thats the game developers BROADENING their market by releasing their games on different platforms, so as to make more money. In case you didnt know, surveys throughout US, UK and Australia have proven that the amount of people who own a Ps2 outnumbers other consoles 3:1.

Also, Ps2 has a HELL of a lot more games than Xbox.

Halo was Microsofts big Xbox debut, the first game on Xbox. Now that they have made there money from it, they are considering spreading it to Ps2 and possibly (shudder)...Gamecube.

Last of all, I read a spec for Ps3, and im sorry to say that it is actually more powerful than the Xbox360. But, what does it matter if the consoles powerful if the game developers make lousy games? Anyone whos played the Outfit on X360 knows EXACTLY what im talking about. That game looked like it belonged on normal Xbox, and even then it would look below-average.

Sony copied Microsoft? Who do you think INVENTED dual-analog sticks?

Oh, and by the way just reminding you all:

Sony makes TECHNOLOGY, you know; HARDWARE!!
Microsoft makes PROGRAMS, you know; SOFTWARE!!
Do you see any Sony operating systems or Microsoft DVD players etc? NO

halo might go on the ps2 because it really isnt that big of a game, and is only 30 bucks. halo 2 is going the same way because everyone onws it and dont buyit anymore. but halo 3, its gonna take a long time if they are gonna convert it to ps3 and it might be better than the one on the 360.

This topic should be closed because there is so much flaming. Anyways a Halo game will never be released on anything but Microsoft consoles and PCs. Bungie is basically a part of MS and MS is not stupid enough to let them go.
