Edit: You diden't refer to a skull, he was right. Well if you diden't notice about back there is 3 Trip Mines on the ground. What I did was I grabbed the sniper there and took out the turret first. Then my friend and me rushed the Wraith and we set the trip mines.

Yeah,samus was talking about how he couldn't get the skull.It is just hard to figure out he was talking about skulls because he never said anything about them.

The catch skull is the one on top of the silo in the mission the Storm and I did mention about the skull in the 1st page of this pin

Yeah, I couldn't crouch jump to get it either, I ended up finding that using a deployable cover is a lot better, just throw it up agiast the building and drive the worthog close to it. jump on the hood, to the top of the shield, to the top of silo, hope this helps.
And qwertyuio, it would also help if you put for the IWHBYD skull to put, you have to kill truth first
