I tried it on heroic(cause Easy is for people who are new to the game) and I got it. IDK...luck maybe?

Yea doing that can also help you do acheivments such as 2 for 1, and Steppin Razor, which are otherwise really hard to get.
P.S. Can some1 help me with te folowing: Me and my friend were playing team scoring on Tsavo Highway to get the acheivment Cavalier which is 15000 points. I know you can work as a team to get it because we got Askar,Guerilla, and Exterminator. My point being is that we got 15365, and did not get the acheivment, any advice?

So you both got 15365 points together, correct? Well one of you has to get 15,000 points or more alone. It can be team but you still need to have 15,000 on your own. I suggest playing the game on Normal with all Skulls on except Blind and Iron, it works trust me.

ihink I figured it out, when you are playing throught he level, u will see a multiplier on the bottom right that gradually goes down. That multiplier multiplies your final score! We must've had like 0.75 or something that divided up the score and made it less then 15,000!

Nope, a single person has to have 15,000 by themselves. Team points won't work.

Hmm the hardest skull would probably be Famine for me. since I suck at grenade jumps I tried like 50 times to get a Brute CHopper on that platform. Eventually, after (too much) time I got it up there. But god did the task tick me off!
To support my answer on the Campaign Scoring, I'll give you another scenario that really happened. Me mand my friend(I don't play CS alone it's too annoying and soldiers don't give you points) were playing the level Floodgate, our total, at the end was 10,351. We weren't expecting anything when the acheivment Exterminator popped up. I looked at our final score, it was something slightly over 27000. I did the math and 10351 doubled is only 20702. So we must have had the multiplier on 2.50 when we finished the level. Meaning that OUR total COMBINED score earned the acheivment, not mine, or his alone. But, to be honest, IDK!

Yea, I thought that multiplied the score you get from killing stuff(like instead of getting 300 you get 200)but I checked on Bungie.net one day and that pretty much cleared things up fr me.
