I really need help with getting the black heart event on KAREN and i ve only have seen the one behind gotz's home so the blue one so can someone tell me

1.how do i get the black heart event?
2.can i ever unlock it!?!?!

It gives you money but you have to buy or sell something first. It is a weird code. But it works trust me. I do believe the codes to be the same. US and EUROPE.

i tried the barn expansion ar code it worked but it gave me 4 cows that were all sick and just kept dyin over and over again then after 1 died i looked at my inventory and it sed i hav 4 cows

i had just bout a chicken and it died the next day i dont no why plz
explain y it happened
