Hi guys, you can find Jin down in the slums.
You need to take an elevator that is on the level outside and to the left (the opposite side of the hawker stall)
Its a dark passage way right behind 2 "Second chancers" that are having a discussion.

Thanks guest but i can not find it, could you please post a screenshot of where to click...i clicked the whole screen mm per mm and still nothing...i'm starting to think there is something wrong with my game :-(
