Hi Plz help me I have finished the game on Both sides but I was wondering you know how you can see the conduit gene In some pedestrians how do you give them powers?

you see the conduite gene by pressing r3 and if you see yellow they have the gene.

you could try shooting the people with conduit genes with lightning
