Well, i finished "The World that never was" and the Xemnas fight at the white hole at lvl 38.

lvl 60 on proud
and for ppl who are show boating about beating Sephy i beat him lvl 61 on proud using Ultima(i got him down to 2 bar left with Oblivion)

I defeated him on lv 80 with the Ultima. Idk whats the big deal though, just watch a video or 2, check the strategy, done.

I can't remember the exact level, but it was around:
Beating Xemnas: 40-55
Beating Sephiroth: Like 70. Yeah, I sucked, but once I realized his patterns I could beat him extremely easily every single time.
Right now: I'm on 99, just messing around. I've saved it to where I haven't beat sephiroth so I can keep beating him up.

yeah, i did. guess what? I tried again, and beated the game on lv 25, with ultima, all cups AND beated Sephy. pretty tough, but worth it.
