I know what he means! Monstro is a world, but he's also a Whale. Sometimes he's not at his spot, he's swimming around through space. There's nothing you can do, you just hafta be lucky! Sorry.

yea if you try to go to halloween town from argabag i think. then goofy will say look out or uh uh or somthing like that and then Monstero will eat you and you will be in the monstaro leve;

When you defeat Agrabah etc. you have a choice where you want Monstro to be, first i did Halloween Town, then a second tme I went Atlantica, when Monstro appeared the first time, when he opened his mouth I thought the game went dodgy, lol.

I'm having the same problem. I'm at Hollow Bastion right now, and i can't get him to come back. So what your saying is its all random when he comes and when hes not there?
Have you ever had something that you thought you had figured out, but then realized you had no idea?
